 Hi my lovely friends, I have amazing women  today on my blog.  I would like you to all meet  Beulah Davina she is taking over the ‘HAIR WHAT I’VE GOT TO SAY’ segment.

 

Introduce yourself, what do you do? 

 

Hi, I’m Beulah Davina. First and foremost, I’m a natural hair blogger and the creator of the Natural hair page: instagram.com/thecreamycrackrehab. I’m also the digital community content creator for TreasureTress and a model and portrait/product photographer.

What’s the favourite thing you love about the work that you do?

 

I love the fact that every day is different. One day I can be creating content for myself, another day I’ll be doing food photography for a local café. There’s so much variety, I never get bored.

Are you natural or relaxed?

 

I’m natural, my last relaxer was in 2012. I’m still toying with the idea of changing my hair colour.

What are your go to products?

 

As a natural hair blogger I receive hair products almost weekly so my go to products tend to change. My current favourites are the Fortifying Care Mask by Activilong and Umberto Giannini’s Twirling and Styling Defining Cream.

What is your all time favourite hairstyle?

I’m a lazy natural so my favourite hairstyle always has been and always will be a wash and go.

What are your 3 top hair care tips?

  1. Deep condition weekly

  1. Never style your hair when you’re angry or frustrated

  1. Don’t worry about your hair type, hair porosity is more important

 

Do you have a hair routine?

I deep condition my hair weekly and every fortnight I use a steamer when I deep condition. I also wash my hair weekly and try to protective style as often as possible to preserve my ends and help retain health and length. 

Describe yourself in five words?

Creative, sarcastic, ambitious, funny, determined

What helps give you inspiration/motivation?

I mainly use Instagram and Tumblr for creative inspiration. 

One thing that keeps me motivated is setting fitness goals and achieving them. I like to sign up for 10k runs and I’ve run a half marathon. Achieving physical goals helps me stay motivated when it comes to my career goals. 

 

What are the top 3 things on your bucket list?

  1. Write and publish a book

  1. Learn how to scuba dive

  1. Loc my hair
