How to create heatless curls on natural hair with flexi rods

1

Apply leave-in conditioner.

Starting with damp hair, spritz your mane with theTRESemmé Botanique Nourish & Replenish Hydrating Mist, to help give your strands a big moisture boost. Oh, and did we mention, this lovely leave-in conditioner has the added bonus of smelling absolutely divine?!
2

Apply hair oil.

To help make your curls look shiny and nourished, apply of few pumps of the Dove Advanced Hair Series Regenerate Nourishment Serum-in-Oil to the palms of your hands, and smooth it over your strands.
3

Twist your hair around a flexi rod.

Now, starting with a 2-inch wide section of hair from near your hairline, twist your tresses around a flexi rod, following the same motion that you would do with a curling iron.
4

Bend your flexi rod in place.

Once you have fully wrapped your tresses, you’ll want to secure your flexi rod in place – simply bend the rod at both ends in opposite directions, so that you form an “S” shape.
5

Curl your whole head with flexi rods.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 on the rest of your hair, until you’ve wrapped all of your strands in flexi rods. Then, sleep with your flexi rods in, to give your curls the optimal time to set!
6

Take out your flexi rods.

After sleeping with your flexi rods in overnight, take them out one by one, to reveal your gorgeous, bouncy curls!
7

Apply serum and separate your curls.

Next, apply a few more pumps of the Dove Advanced Hair Series Regenerate Nourishment Serum-in-Oil to your curls, to give them some extra shine. Then run your fingers through your hair to separate your coils and make them appear more natural.

Final look.

And there you have it: your heatless curls are complete! Don’t they look utterly stunning?!
